The hotel is ideally located, just a short walk away from the historic city center and the beautiful lake. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and well equipped with a nice view. The breakfast is lavish with high-quality food options. The staff is friendly, accommodating and helpful particularly Berisha and Tiago as per reviews.

Bad value for money, considering that the room had to be air conditioned to be even liveable at a rate that did not allow one to sleep. Wireless access to the Internet did not work. Disappointing breakfast buffet.

At check-in they don't tell you that there is no hot water, even though they know there is no hot water throughout the entire hotel, but they still charge chf 125 at check-in. Even in the morning it was not fixed.

We had a really lovely stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, being so close to the lake and the open beach. We enjoyed spending time at the lovely bar with its wonderful view. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our breakfast experience was relaxing and enjoyable. They were quick to replenish anything that was missing, providing excellent service.

Great hotel for a weekend stay! The room was spacious and comfortable, with good air conditioning and free wifi. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly, and the free breakfast was a great added bonus. The location was perfect, close to the lake and just a short walk or drive away from the city center. We also appreciated the free parking and charging station for e-cars.
